We offer a variety of different badge categories - please choose carefully as each badge has different access and requirements.
All badges will need to be pre-printed in advance. You will receive your print-at-home badge 2 weeks prior to the event.

Visitor Badge:
This badge gives you access to the Exhibition Hall during official exhibition hours.

Register on 10-11 February 2025 for the Show Day rate:

Tuesday, February 11, 2025: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
Airline/ Lessor Badge:
To qualify for an Airline/Lessor badge, you must be employed by an Airline Operator or Aircraft/Engine Lessor. If you are not employed by an Airline or Lessor, please register for a complimentary Visitor badge.
Please note: The Airline/Lessor badge does not guarantee access to the Airline Lounge. We will review your registration and notify you about lounge access eligibility in January 2025.
Includes: Full Service, Low-cost, Cargo, Charter, Private or Commercial Airlines
Note you must register with a valid company email address to qualify. Emails with Gmail, AOL, Yahoo, Comcast etc will be automatically disqualified.

MEDIA ACCREDITATION
This badge allows you access to the Exhibition Hall and Press Office during Official Exhibition hours only.
NOTE: You will also receive exclusive updates about the exhibition and have access to unique content across the 2 days.
If you do not qualify for a Media Badge you will automatically be moved to a Visitor Badge.
